These beautifully original colouring books are drawn by international artists working with a theme of castles, knights & queens. Each year Villa Carton adds two or more books to their range. At present there are 2 colouring books: one by artist Lisette Durick and the other by Mirjam Riemens. This one is No. 2 in the series and is by Mirjam Riemens and is magically comical, including castles, dragons, feasts, court scenes, jousting and royal portraits!
Can be coloured using Villa Carton marker pens (sold separately for 4yrs +) or with your own collections of paints and crayons.
Villa Carton is an initiative set up by two dutch artists. They are committed to creating toys that stimulate the imagination, have educational value and are fun to play with. They started two years ago with the Castle. They have now created a small collection of inspirational toys, including a life sized Rocking Chair that takes a person u to 45kg, a Dollhouse, Colouring Books and Marker pens. All these products are made from heavy duty cardboard so are biodegradeable and, therefore, environmentally friendly. They have recently created a dressing up range made from biodegrable fabric that children can colour in to their own design with fabric crayons.
