Unfortunately, at present we cannot deliver outside this area.
Many of our products are made by small producers & fairtrade cooperatives & not in large industrial factories: this is the essence of fair trading & environmentally friendly products; they are more exclusive, harder wearing &, as a result, are often more expensive & occasionally may not be immediately available.We promise that we will do everything we can to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Being environmentally friendly is about being prepared to spend a little more on good quality, durable products that we hope you will enjoy & then pass on.......
Delivery Information
When your order is ready for dispatch we will send you an email. You can expect to receive your parcel within 2 working days (usually next day) from the date of the email. It could arrive anytime between 8am and 6.30pm - unfortuantely we cannot be more specific than this. If you are not in, a card will be left and redelivery will be attempted the next working day, unless you phone to arrange otherwise. Following redelivery the parcel will be sent to your nearest UKMail depot where you can collect it - after 5 working days it will be returned to Ethical Kidz. Alternatively, you can leave a signed note for the driver stating a safe place to leave your parcel.
The Ethical Kidz Returns Procedure
If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, returning goods is easy. We offer a free returns service. Return your item in a resalable condition with 28 days and we will provide an exchange or refund the cost of the item.
Please obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) when returning goods as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods. The return address is Well Banks House, Well Banks, Kirk Ireton, Derbyshire, DE6 3JW. If the item is over 10kg then please contact us to arrange a courrier pick up. Exceptions
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of products that have been assembled, personalised products, books or toiletries (unless the item is faulty).
