You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘checkout’ on the final page of our ordering process.
Delivery and Assembly Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. An accurate costing will be applied at the time of ordering. We will generally aim to dispatch smaller goods within 10 days; however larger items such as play areas and trampolines may take longer depending on stock and availability, however they are usually delivered within 7 working days.
When your order arrives, please remember to check it thoroughly since your signature is confirmation that all items have been received in good condition. Once you sign your agreement, neither the carrier nor Ethical Kidz can be held liable for damaged goods.
If you identify damaged goods, please return the products.
If you have an urgent or unusual requirement please contact us to discuss and we will try our very best to assist you.
All methods of payment, including credit cards are processed when you place your order through Paypal on behalf of Ethical Kidz. The sites are extremely secure and this is why we have chosen them as our interface provider. This way we have no need to know or record any credit card details.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon a confirmation email being sent to the address supplied.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Upon receipt, please check all items and if the goods have been damaged in transit, contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
Once the goods have been received by us, we reserve the right to either, exchange the part or the product or refund you via the means in which you paid wherever possible.
If your order arrives in good condition but is not suitable, you have 28 days to return it to us, unused and securely packaged to The Steam Mill, Railway Lane, Wellow, Bath, BANES, BA2 8QG.
This 'cooling off' period does not apply when the product is a bespoke item. These one-off orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are faulty.
We strongly advise customers to read all assembly instructions since we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items. Your legal rights are not affected.
Occasionally, the manufacture of items may be delayed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import or delivery delays or higher than anticipated demand. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of bespoke or special order items). Where goods are delivered to a third party (e.g. as a gift) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. For details of how to exercise this right please see our Returns and Refunds section.
As soon as you realise that you need to change your order please contact us email@example.com and one of our advisors will help you. If you amend your order, you may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you’ll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend the order). Once you have taken delivery of your order, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 7 days. The packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used. Items should be in a resalable condition and returned or collection arrangements made promptly at your cost. If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100) of which you will be notified at time of cancellation.
