Standard Delivery: Royal Mail First Class (usually arriving next working day following dispatch) £3.99 mainland UK, & Northern Ireland
Standard Delivery is reduced to £2.95 for orders under £6.00
European Delivery: France, Spain & Itlay £8.00
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. We use the Royal Mail Business service. If we are out of stock or the dispatch of your order is likely to be delayed we email you to let you know. At this point we offer a full refund if you are unable to wait.
Many of our products are handmade by small producers or fair trade cooperatives & not in large industrial factories. We believe this is the essence of ethical trading & environmentally friendly products; they are made lovingly with care, are more exclusive &, as a result, sometimes cost a little bit more. Occasionally our handmade products are not immediately available. We promise that we will do everything we can to get your products to you as quickly as possible. We will always email you if there is a problem.
Every order comes with a free bookmark. There are 4 designs to collect; butterfly, heart, snail & whale. These bookmarks are printed on recycled card & have a small tag made from eco-friendly ribbon. They can be used as a gift tag & then reused as a bookmark.
As an environmentally friendly company, we endeavour to reduce all unnecessary waste from our procedures. Your order will be packed in either recycled or reused packaging. This will only affect the appearance of your parcel & will not compromise the condition of the contents; we ensure your products are suitably protected during transit. Where possible we avoid packing waste by writing your address on the parcel instead of printing a label. The Ethical Kidz Returns Procedure
If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, returning goods is easy. Return your item in a resalable condition within 28 days and we will provide an exchange or refund the cost of the item.
Please obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) when returning goods as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods.

If you receive an item that is faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can deal with it as a matter or urgency.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of products that have been personalised (unless the item is faulty).
This guarantee does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We do not store your credit card details. Payments details go directly to the secure WorldPay or Paypal server.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
