Garden
The Garden
The garden is a great place for exercise, whether it's running around after a ball, playing hide-and-seek, climbing trees or digging holes in the garden. It's also a place your children can explore nature & discover biodiversity in action. If you start a compost heap you can give nature a helping hand as well as use it to grow some vegetables. You can also collect rain in a butt to water them with. If you’ve never grown vegetables before start with something simple (find out what grows well in your area). There is little more satisfying than bringing food in from your garden, throwing it into a pot, then onto a plate & straight into your children's mouths.
